The Arboretum Conference is this SATURDAY! Don't miss your chance

join several of Atlanta's finest, most knowledgable horticulturists and landscape architects!

At the end of the conference, you'll be enriched with cutting-edge information and valuable tools towards greening your yard, your neighborhood, and the BeltLine Arboretum. This year Trees Atlanta turns 25 years old, and we've pulled together an extremely talented and knowledgeable group of professionals:

  • Steve Sanchez has over 25 years of experience in native landscape design. He is simply an expert on urban horticulture. Steve will show us how trees are transforming the BeltLine, and share new and exciting information on the forthcoming sections to be open to the public. The Arboretum Conference is the only forum in town in which to hear about this exciting news and opportunity.
  • Author and HGTV star Erica Glasener is no stranger to Atlanta. She has helped thousands through her AJC articles, professional lectures, and books. Erica will explain how to create multi-seasonal gardens around the trees we love and appreciate. Her new book will be available too!
  • Elizabeth Dean is the owner of Wilkerson Mill Gardens Nursery, known for the newest plant introductions. She has over 20 years of knowledge and practicable garden skills, which she will share with us. Elizabeth is creative, entertaining and has a wide range of plant knowledge. Her stories will inspire us to dig in!!
  • Spence Rosenfeld is the owner of Arborguard Tree Specialists. For over 30 years, Spence has earned a reputation as an authority on tree preservation and care. He'll share case studies from the Atlanta Botanical Garden's Canopy Walk expansion and BeltLine's Tanyard Creek Trail so you can apply those "lessons learned" to your own property and neighborhood.
  • Community tree advocates and neighborhood arboreta leaders Jim Abbot, Steve Provost, Amy Higgins, Robby Astrove, and Greg Levine will facilitate panel discussions and arboreta tree tours, drawing on their collective experience as successful fundraisers, planners, and educators. These sessions will educate and motivate citizens to support, celebrate, and use arboreta as valuable neighborhood assets.

All this, plus you'll literally bring the Arboretum home with you, as Trees Atlanta is giving away over 45 different species of trees!   Breakfast, lunch, and a tour of Inman Park Neighborhood Arboretum is included! Don't miss this Conference...
