If the gift is of real estate, then the language would be:

"I give, devise, and bequeath _____________________ to Trees Atlanta Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, for its general purposes."

Here is some language for a bequest of the residue of the estate:

"All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every kind and description and wherever located, including any lapsed or void legacy or devise (but not including any property over which I may have the power of disposition or appointment), I give, devise and bequeath to Trees Atlanta Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, for its general purposes."
