Georgia has more native azaleas than any other state – no wonder the azalea is our official state wildflower! Join Michael Bamford and Charlie Andrews of the American Rhododendron Society for an all-ages walking tour through the blossoming Azaleas at Roswell Mill.

Roswell Mill is a historic site, formerly the production grounds for flour, wool, and cotton textiles. The mills are best known for their production of “Roswell Gray” fabric that was used for military uniforms during the Civil War. Nowadays, the mill falls under the US National Park Service and is an attractive site due to its great nature trails, running paths, and extensive plant life.
