Camp Scholarships

Junior TreeKeeper Camp Scholarships

Trees Atlanta offers a limited number of need-based scholarships: APS/Atlanta Public School Nominated Scholarship and (2) Parent or Guardian Nominated Scholarship. Use links below to view instructions for qualifications, restrictions, and other eligibility requirements. Applications received after posted deadline(s) may not be considered.

APS/Atlanta Public School Nominated Scholarship. Schools must be invited to participate. Please contact if you are uncertain if your school is eligible or has received an invitation. (APS Schools enrolled in Urban TreeTracker have priority consideration.)

Important Deadlines

All scholarship applications must be submitted online using the appropriate link provided below.

Atlanta Public School Nominated Scholarship Application Deadline: February 15, 2019.

Parent or Guardian Nominated Scholarship Application Deadline: April 1, 2019.

Scholarship Recipients will be notified prior to or by: May 1, 2019.

You will receive a confirmation that your application has been received. Please DO NOT inquire on status until the notification deadline has passed.

Our scholarships are awarded with the purpose of:

  • Encouraging and enabling greater interest in environmental education, outdoor play, and stewardship of our urban forest.
  • Making outdoor summer camp experiences accessible to more students from diverse communities in Atlanta.

We are grateful for support from the City of Atlanta, charitable funders, and the generous gifts of donors to Trees Atlanta for making it possible to fund scholarships for Jr. TreeKeeper Camp.
